Privacy Policy
Padelon ("we", "us") connects padel players and clubs, helps players find partners and lets them register for community tournaments. Players use Padelon through WhatsApp. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Padelon is currently operated by pehlivan.ai, which acts as the data controller until Padelon is incorporated as its own company.
Data we collect
- Phone number you message us from. It identifies your player account.
- WhatsApp profile name, as shared by WhatsApp with businesses you message.
- Messages you send us and their delivery status.
- Information you give us, such as your name, playing level, preferred clubs and tournament registrations.
How we use it
- To create and manage your player account.
- To answer your messages and register you for tournaments.
- To match you with partners, clubs and tournaments.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers messages between you and Padelon.
- Google Cloud hosts our servers and database in the European Union (Belgium). We may use AI models hosted on Google Cloud to understand and answer your messages.
These providers process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your player account is active. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to how we use it.
Deleting your data
To delete your data, do either of the following:
- Send "delete my data" to Padelon on WhatsApp.
- Email data@joinpadelon.com from any address and include your phone number.
We confirm once your data has been deleted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we let you know on WhatsApp.
